1. Service Description

CrossBorder Mailing provides international document delivery services by connecting customers with verified local agents who print, package, and send documents through domestic postal systems in Germany, Portugal, and Canada.

2. Order Processing Timeline

Important: All orders will start processing the next business day after placement and payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 6 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day
  • Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day
  • Processing includes document review, printing, packaging, and dispatch

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund

Available within 6 hours of order placement

  • Complete order cancellation
  • 100% refund guaranteed
  • No processing fees
Partial Refund

Available for documents that are printed but not dispatched

  • Printing costs deducted
  • Agent preparation fees apply
  • Remaining amount refunded
No Refund

Once the document has been dispatched

  • No cancellation possible
  • No address changes
  • No refunds available
Important Notice: Once a document has been dispatched by our local agent, no changes to the delivery address, cancellations, or refunds (partial or full) can be processed.

4. Document Requirements

  • Documents must be in PDF format only
  • Maximum file size: 16MB per document
  • No illegal, copyrighted, or inappropriate content
  • Documents in local languages preferred for destination countries

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins
  • Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer
  • Payment proof must be uploaded within 24 hours of order placement
  • Orders without payment proof will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours

6. Delivery Timeframes

With Delivery Confirmation
  • 3-7 business days

7. Limitation of Liability

CrossBorder Mailing acts as an intermediary service. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs
  • Document content accuracy or legality
  • Lost or damaged items during postal delivery
  • Incorrect recipient information provided by customers

By using our service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information only as necessary to fulfill document delivery services.
